5. Resin Based Surface Treatment

	PYE DAMPSHIELD Resin-based ready to use colourless water-repellent and waterproof for the treatment of interior and exterior surfaces. It penetrates deeply and impregnates the surface to prevent moisture penetration. For sealing unpainted exterior masonry surfaces such as fair-faced brick, mortar, natural stone, asbestos and concrete. Can be used on natural stones and asbestos too. Suitable for both interior and exterior use.
	PYE FUNGRID Specially formulated liquid to inhibit the growth of fungus. It also stops algae, moss and others Suitable for painted surfaces. Can be used on the roof, floor and in the toilet. Suitable for use on swimming pools and kitchen.
	PYE SLATE-SEAL Specially formulated colourless protecting coating with added Ultra Violet (UV) additive for treatment of interior and exterior cementitives and concrete surfaces against scratching. Ideally, suited for slate, quarry and paver tile, flagstone stamped concrete and concrete tile. For all kind of concrete bricks, slates, paves, stone, terra cotta tiles. Can be used on cementitious substrates too.
	PYE STABILISER Easily applied brownish colour liquid preparation consisting of organic resin in a hydrocarbon solvent. It is normally used as a single coat application to stabilise exterior and interior friable or chalky and damp-marked surfaces. Can be applied to cement (lime) sand rendering, roughcast, brickwork. Suitable for interior cement plastered, asbestos cement sheet, asbestos insulating board and cemboard surface. Also for cement paint, concrete and concrete blockwork.
	PYE KREK-SEAL Specially formulated liquid sealant. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate, fill and seal hairline cracks in concrete, plaster, brick blocks or other similiar types of materials. Can be used on both horizontal and vertical plaster surfaces. For hollow and concrete floors, mosaic and ceramic tiles, joints of floors and walls. Suitable for toilet areas, cracks on bath tubs and toilet floor and precast concrete.
	PYE WOOD VARNISH Clear air-drying polyurethane/ alkyd resin based formula designed to provide a tough wear-resistant finish on all interior timber surfaces in a single can. It gives a satin covering with resistance to water, wear and tear. Can be used for parquet, paneling, doors, furniture.. Suitable for interior particleboard, cork tiles etc.
	PYE WATERPRUF-SEALER Specially formulated silicone based on silane/ siloxane for impregnating to cement and other porous surfaces. It provides a good penetration capacity and good alkaline resistance. Can be applied to brick and natural stonework Suitable on driveways, patios, walkways and garage floors Can be used to waterproof the back of marble or granite
	PYE ANTI-SKID An acrylic based textured coating which contains specially selected fine aggregate to produce a non-abrasive, non-slip surface. It is flexible, durable and will be able to mask hairline cracks and minor imperfections in just one application. Can be applied on ceramic tiles and suitable concrete surfaces. Can be used on timber or wood.
	PYE GROUT SEALER A one-step sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants. It's low viscosity allows to penetrate, fill and seal the grout on tiles & mosaic joints. Can be used on sanded and unsanded grout joints Effective for interior and exterior application
	PYE PAVE KOTE A waterbased pave coat that provides excellent adhesion and improved appearance on interior and exterior concrete surfaces. Suitable for driveways, paveways, concrete pavers and concrete floors. Also ideal for coating rock pools and concrete pots.
	PYE CEMENT ETCHER It is used to roughen smooth concrete surfaces. It increases the ability for the PYE PAVE KOTE to bond to the surface. Ideal for untreated concrete surfaces. Painted or treated surfaces should be removed by mechanical means before etching.

6. Decorative Textured Protective Coating

PYE HI-BUILD
Acrylic latex multi-textured finish, which is used as a protective and decorative coating for internal and external wall and ceiling surfaces. It contains a powerful biocide to inhibit mould and fungus growth. It is ready to use and can be applied using profiled rollers to give a wide range of texture patterns or trowelled direct onto uneven and irregular surfaces.

Can be used on all painted concrete and masonry surfaces such as ceiling, foyer, corridors

7. Protective Waterproof Coating

	PYE FLEXI-SEAL A thick flexible copolymer latex coating that forms a tough continuous membrane with waterproof properties and resistance to weathering. It is designed to weatherproof and protect old and new roofs, joints, facades, walls and masonry. It is often used to protect surfaces from further erosion. Can be applied to concrete, brick, blockwork, asphalt, roofing felt, asbestos cement. Ideal for natural stone, quarry tiles, plaster, slate. For metal and steel, priming is needed before application..
	PYE RUST-CONVERTER A non-toxic rust converter based on a synthetic resin. It dries on new or rusted surfaces and chemically converts these surfaces to a black non-tacky layer in 30 minutes under normal conditions, forming an iron/ iron oxide organic complex which gives complete protection for the treated surface. Can be applied on unpainted or rusted steel or metal surfaces. Suitable for steel, iron, galvanized steel and aluminiums. Application areas include iron railings, factory steel structures, steel water tanks, gates, grilles, refrigerators, washing machines, cars, lorries, bicycles, motorcycles etc.
	PYE WATER-SEAL A one-part flexible waterproof sealer based on modified acrylic polymers. It provides an excellent waterproof film on interior and exterior surfaces, preventing water penetration to the underlying substrate, which is normally subject to rain penetration and rising dampness. It effectively obliterates watermarks. Can be applied to interior and exterior wall surfaces. Excellent for use on fresh concrete after it has hardened. Good on newly plastered or concrete surface as an undercoat prior to painting.
	PYE PRUFCOAT (A&B) Used for waterproofing or damping concrete or mortar surfaces. The area to be treated may be either existing or newly created surfaces. PYE PRUFCOAT is not to be used for painted surfaces. Suitable for waterproofing bathroom floors & walls For kitchen floors, swimming pools and water tanks Ideal for balconies and roof decks.
	PYE AQUA-PLUG Fast setting, easy to use non-shrink and chloride free hydraulic cementitious product. It is used to patch running water instantly under hydrostatic water pressure. It is able to stop running water instantly. Stopping leakage through holes and cracks in concrete pipes, tanks and tunnel. Anchoring bolts and conduits. Waterproofing of concrete, brick tunnel, sewage system and pipes.

8. Building Chemicals

	PYE KWISET A liquid cement admixture which when incorporated in a cement/concrete mix, speeds up the setting time and considerably increases early strength. It also improves the workabilty of the mixture. For use with cement/concrete mix.
	PYE WATERPRUF Heavy duty integral waterproofing admixture produced specially for the complete and permanent waterproofing of mass and reinforced concrete structures, ready mixed and precast concrete etc. PYE WATERPRUF does not contain calcium chloride and therefore cannot cause corrosion of stressing wire in prestressed concrete. For use with cement/concrete mix.
	PYE PLAS Mortar plasticiser which is free from chloride. It is a liquid admixture that conforms to BS 4887. It helps to reduce the amount of water used by 15-20% to give greater plasticity and workability. Suitable for bedding/ wall renderings Can be used for floor screeds.
	PYE ACRYL-CM A specially formulated white liquid cement modifier made from high performance acrylic polymers. It is designed for use as a high strength admixture and bonding agent for Portland cement. It provides improved resistance to impact, abrasion, moisture and attacj by acids and other water-soluble chemicals. The acrylic bond coat retains its adhesive strength even under damp exterior conditions. Excellent for bonding new concrete to existing floors, walls. For bonding sound surfaces such as metal or brick.
	PYE IMPERMIX T-S A metallic stearate admixture that is used as a waterproofing compound for mortar and concrete. It reduces permeability to water and the risk of surface crazing of in situ and precast concrete. It also reduces afflorescence and surface water absorption. Use for renderings of water tanks, wet area such as balconies and toilets. For waterproofing roof decks, basement structures and cellars. Can be used for waterproofing pools.
	PYE BONDSEAL-108 Water based bonding sealer specially formulated with 100% acrylic bonding and sealing agent. It has a special property in giving excellent adhesion and durability when applied on new cement, plaster or concrete or over an existing surface or when used as a low cost sealer prior to painting. Excellent for floor topping. Can be used for patching cement & concrete and for cement rendering on block..
	PYE SBR-BOND A specially formulated Styrene Butadiene Resin (SBR) multi purpose bonding agent to improve adhesion for various interior and exterior building application areas including swimming pools. Bomding agent for modifier such as cement and mortar. Water resistance for cement sand mix. Acts as primer prior to fixing of ceramic tiles.

9. Resin Based Paint

	PYE WEATHERPRUF A specially formulated acrylic based exterior coating which provides high durability performance against our harsh tropical weathering conditions. It is highly resistant to fungus and algae attack, chalking and flaking and has excellent adhesion and colour retention properties For decoration and protection of exterior walls.
	PYE LITE Fast drying emulsion paint with exceptional opacity and durability. It is easy to apply and gives a beautiful and protective finish. It is recommended for decoration and protection of interior and protected exterior walls. Suitable on all masonry surfaces, cement-based plaster, concrete/hollow blocks. Can be used over cement, gloss, oil and emulsion paint.
	PYE WB-UNDERCOAT Ready-to-use quick drying, water-based undercoat for wood and plaster surfaces. It is designed for interior and exterior use and is non-chalking, non-yellowing, odorless and lead-free. Suitable for wood, plaster, asbestos and any non-metal surfaces.
	PYE SURFACE SEALER A specially formulated acrylic based wall sealer. It promotes better build and improves adhesion to the substrate. Subsequent coats are then well protected against mild alkalinity and moisture from the substrate. It can be painted on base plaster Ideal for new plastered wall, asbestos and ceiling.
	PYE UNDERCOAT 83 A fast drying undercoat, which provides sound foundation, good opacity, and filling properties to new or old surfaces. Use on primed metal or foundations of woodwork. Can be used on previously painted surfaces. Suitable for windows, gates, grilles, fences, walls etc.

10. Plasters

	PYE FIL (W.F.221) A polymer modified cement based white finish coat skim coat, specially designed to provide a high quality smooth surface finish, with a single application thickness of 1 to 2 mm. Suitable for either painting, wall papering or simply as a finished surface. To be used on concrete/cement panel, aerated light weight block or skim plastered surfaces. Ceramic tiles or natural stones can be fixed on PYE FIL finished surface
	PYE FIL (B.P.W. 321) A polymer modified cement based white base coat skim coat, specially designed to correct surface alignment and imperfections,with a single application thickness of 2 to 4 mm. To be used on concrete, rendered wall, hollow block, and aerated light weight block. Ceramic tiles or natural stones can be fixed on PYE FIL finished surface.
	PYE FIL (B.P.G. 521) A polymer modified cement based grey base coat skim coat, specially designed to correct surface alignment and imperfections,with a single application thickness of 2 to 4 mm. To be used on concrete, rendered wall. hollow block, and aerated light weight block. Ceramic tiles or natural stones can be fixed on PYE FIL finished surface.
	PYE FIL (G.F. 621) A polymer modified cement base grey finish coat skim coat, specially designed to provide high quality smooth surface finish, with a single application thickness of 1 to 2 mm. Suitable for either painting, wall papering or simply as a finish suurface. To be used on concrete/cement panel, aerated lught weight block or skim plastered surfaces. Ceramic tiles or natural stones can be fixed on PYE FIL finished surface.
	PYE PREMIX PLASTER 921 A polymer modified cement based thin render, specially designed to correct major surface alignment and imperfections, with a single application thickness of 6-12mm. Can be troweled to sponge finish. To be used on concrete, cement rendered wall, hollow block, brick walls and aerated light weight block. Ceramic tiles and natural stones can be fixed on finished surface.
	PYE FIL 821 A polymer modified cement based waterproof finish coat skim coat, specially designed for exterior application to provide high quality smooth surface finish, at a single application of 1 to 2 mm. To be used on concrete, cement rendered wall, hollow block, brick walls and aerated light weight block. Ceramic tiles and natural stones can be fixed on finished surface.
	PYE FIL 2:1 A polymer modified cement based single coat skim coat. It can either be used as a base or finish coat, with single application of 1 to 3 mm. To be used on concrete/cement panel, aerated light weight block or skim plastered surfaces. Ceramic tiles or natural stones can be fixed on PYE FIL finished surface
	PYE MORTAR GP A polymer modified cement based multipurpose mortar that can be used as a brick/block adhesive, wall plaster and/or backing screed for tiles. It is designed for a single application thickness of 6 to 20 mm. To be used on concrete cement rendered walls, hollow blocks, aerated light weight concrete and brick walls.
	PYE WALCOAT 201 A polymer modified cement based finish coat plaster specially designed for the application onto freshly plastered cement mortar with a single application of 1 to 3 mm. It reduces shrinkage cracks and gives a high quality plaster surface. It must be applied when the base plaster substrate has not achieved its full curing. Suitable for either painting, wallpapering or simply as a finish surface. To be used on wet mortar or skim coat surfaces only. Ceramic tiles or natural stones can be fixed on PYE WALCOAT 201 finished surface.
	PYE MIX RENDER 125 A polymer modified plastering cement with special chemical additive, to replace the conventional OPC cement and plastering lime (CaO) site mix. It reduces shrinkage cracks, improves adhesion and durability. Add 1 part of PYE MIX RENDER 125 to 5 parts of fine graded sand. Not recommended to be used on painted or other non-cementitious based substrate. Ceramic tiles and natural stones can be fixed on a PYE MIX RENDER 125 finished surface.

11. Cementitious Flooring

PYE CRETE
PYE CRETE is a coloured cement which is made up of cement (white or ordinary Potland cement) and pigments with some chemical additives.

For creating tyrolean finish, coloured renderings.
Suitable for terrazzo flooring and concrete paving slabs.
Can be used as decorative concrete (with or without exposed aggregate) and coloured pointing.

PYE FLOOR LEVEL UL
PYE Floor Level UL is designed to use for leveling and to provide flat surface finish on the sound sub-floors for the installation of subsequent overlays or a new floor covering.

Ideal for old or new floors.

PYE FLOORHARDENER NS
PYE FLOOR HARDENER NS is designed to provide a monolithic, abrasion and impact resistant floor finish. It is composed of selected silica-quartz aggregates, cement and plasticizer.

Can be applied onto any concrete or cementatious based substrate.
